The WvW lvl 60 restriction is only for f2p accounts, if you want to access this sooner buy the game. You'll get the 80 boost for free with purchase. I find the leveling progress gets a bit of slump lvls 40-70, you can look up guides to help you level faster or just boost. If you own PoF, getting a mount can make the leveling experience much better.
In this case I suggest you level up your first character and boost the 2nd character as that gives you 2 level 80 characters. Also something to keep in mind is that owning an expansion also gives you access to daily log in rewards which include books called “Tomes of Knowledge.”.I've got two level-80 boosts sitting in the Shared Inventory slot that I can't move or use the SI slot until I use them. I probably want to use them in the future, so I don't want to waste them on worthless level 80 items. For open world and simplicity, exotic berserker gear is the best. Take a longbow and another couple of weapons of your choice. Now if you want to go in raids and high level fractals later, you'll have to take a look at condi ranger and magi druid. Yeah, its been this for years, sadly. Just use the booster for a low-level character you want to play with and ignore the gear from the booster. if you play you will get a lot more level-up items for other characters and also you can buy exo gear. So, you don't really need to save the booster for later. 2.
Revenant doesn't have to be hard, especially with the celestial booster gear. I suggest following this renegade build, but while you train the elite spec, do the following instead: Make your third spec Invocation 2-3-3. Buy a Shiverstone and a Carrion Tribal Axe of Rage. But you DO need to be level 80 before you can start either one. HoT gives you Gliding and:Specializations: Reaper for necromancers, Chronomancer for mesmers, Tempest for elementalists, Dragonhunter for guardians, Berserker for warriors, Herald for revenants, Daredevil for thieves, Druid for rangers, and Scrapper for engineers. That character was a chef/jeweler, and after boosting it I noticed that both of those were level 400. I'm positive I did not level them to 400 myself, especially since I was only level 37, but I also can't find anything indicating that the level 80 boost would have done it. Can anybody help me understand what happened?
Waypoints. GW2 unlike many other games has daily achievement activities, world bosses, guild missions, and other things that take place in the core "low level" zones. You'll need those waypoints unlocked to easily get to where the action is. Core Mastery points and core mastery xp "Free" Crafting materials.
I'd like to buy the expansion off of Ebay, but i didn't know if i still received the Level 80 Boost the the official site features. Yes, you will receive the boost as it's part of upgrading to HoT. That said, if you don't buy directly from ANet or one of their official retailers then you open yourself up to the keys being either fake/already
